Cosy and nice!
This spacious studio is magical! It's the perfect location, ideal for beach visits, and even has some nice running trails nearby. It's also quite safe. The studio is nicely furnished, clean and well-equipped. Julie is a wonderful host, very communicative, kind and I always felt welcome! I would definitely book again!

Comfortable and Safe Especially for Females
Julie is so very accommodating and communicative. She would check in and made sure I had everything I needed and let me know ahead of time if the city was planning any scheduled power maintenance so I could plan my homework around that. I am a female student so feeling comfortable and safe is a big deal to me. The location is in a safe neighborhood close to Orange Coast College and other local shops and restaurants. All of my needs were met and I highly recommend this unit. Julie is transparent and sweet. She takes care of things right away and makes herself approachable, which I find rare between owners and tenants. I cannot stress enough how grateful I was to find this unit as I was settling back into California. Staying here helped with my transition and I am sure for anyone else who needs a safe location to stay and have less things to worry about so you can focus on work or school, this is a great choice.

Superhost Julie
I had a delightful stay at Julies comfortable home. She struck a great balance of making sure I had everything I needed and respecting my schedule/privacy. She was very responsive to all communications and genuinely connected with me to provide expert local knowledge on secret surfing spots and great places to eat. The unit is spacious and comfortable and supplied with everything I needed for an extended stay. The biggest selling point is its convenient location which provides easy access to the 405, 73, and 55. All major grocery stores were a short drive away, as was the beach, the cinema and lots of great restaurants. UCI Medical Center, Angels Stadium and John Wayne Airport are all very close and easy to get to. I will be booking this unit in the future when I return to work in SoCal.
