Incredible Stay!

Denise's ADU is perfect for the traveling professional. It had everything that I needed and was totally private. The neighborhood was safe and very quiet. Denise even checked on me from time to time. I had a few things I needed to ask from her and she always responded promptly and kindly. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would come back in a heartbeat. You will not regret staying at this beautiful unit.

I had a great stay at this location. D was very welcoming and answered any questions that I had. She went out of her way to give me driveway access for piece of mind in Oakland. Will stay at her house again if I ever take a contract in Oakland again

Absolutely love the place. The pictures dont do justice on how beautiful the home is - you could really tell the detail and attention that was put in curating this very homey environment. Everything is brand new, complete with all the essentials- the in unit washer&dryer is a huge plus!! The wardrobe space is big. It has outdoor chairs and space that you can hang out on a sunny day. The space is gated and driveway parking available. Cherry on top is the fact that D (the owner) is very accommodating and such a wonderful soul! Its very easy to reach her and has responded timely on each and every question that I had (even when she was on vacation!). Communication was never a problem. Definitely would recommend staying.
