Great Property!

This property was great for my boyfriend and I. The second bedroom is an office space with a futon that is larger than it looks when folded up. The owner has a lot of appliances & things that make your stay easier. It was comfortable, and in a very safe neighborhood. My only things that I would have wanted to know prior, was how close it is to a 6 lane highway (you hear a lot of ambulances, police, etc), and she has many small plants that you have to take care of. For me it wasnt an issue, it actually helped me learn more about having them, but if this isnt something you want, just be aware! V was an amazing landlord & got back to us about anything very quickly. Thanks for having us!

great property

This home has all the necessities for travelers and is kept very clean. The location is great, very close to main highways. Vy was very thorough and quick with any requests, I was able to extend my stay last minute. I would recommend 10/10.

Wonderful home away from home!

I had such a wonderful experience at this property! It is only about 5 minutes from St Davids North Austin Medical Center! This place has SUCH good vibes and a bright open-concept floor plan with lots of windows to allow in natural light! The host Vy keeps a very clean home with all necessities. Washer and dryer in-unit and the attached garage make this a perfect fit for any Traveling Professional! Wifi works great and I always felt safe and secure, very minimal noise from the nearby street! 10/10 would stay again!
