I Can't say her name enough is truly remarkable, embodying every quality that makes this place a preferred choice for anyone seeking comfortable and welcoming accommodation. Not only is she an incredibly kind and reasonable, but she is also exceptionally friendly and accommodating. She goes above and beyond by regularly checking in to ensure that everything is progressing smoothly and that guests needs are met. The space itself is equally impressive. Each room is thoughtfully designed, featuring its own shower and bath along with a comfortable couch. This setup provides the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience; whether one desires to unwind on the couch after a long day to gather thoughts or retreat directly to bed following a refreshing shower, all options are conveniently available. The rooms are impeccably clean and well-organized.

Colleen was soooo accommodating to reasonable needs! She has such a nice house, keeps everything super clean, and very friendly! She always made sure that we had everything that was needed! She showed us everything before we moved in, and answered all my questions whenever I had any! The room was so comfy, and the bathroom was great! She had a smart tv that she let us use, and even a couch in the room as well. It had a massive closet which was sooo nice! I was very pleased with my stay here!

Amazing place to stay/live!

I cannot say enough great things about the landlord Colleen. She is so understanding, considerate, organized and runs a clean and tight ship while allowing you to do your thing. She expects you to act like an adult because you are one. Her expectations are easy to meet. She's also so friendly and great to chat with. She's become a good friend and I've only known her a week! The house is really great. It's a nice big kitchen with plenty of space and everything within the house is well maintained. Onelake is a great neighborhood. It's pretty quiet and has a great park for kids. There's also a lake within easy walking distance that is great to go to for walking around or entertaining kids. All around I have only great things to say about this house and living here!

Beautiful House and Area

Immediately upon entering the house, one can tell that the tenants and owner are attentive and detail-oriented. The personal spaces like the bedroom and connected bathroom are spacious and clean. The shared area like the kitchen and the living room are well-equipped and tidy. As for location, the whole area is very quiet and peaceful. For the duration of my stay, I was able to sleep as much or as little as I liked without any undue noise. There was also a small coffee shop within a 5 minute walk that made for a wonderful study space. Overall, this property is the perfect, peaceful, and expertly detailed place to live.

Beautiful Home

I absolutely enjoyed my stay in this beautiful home. Colleen is the best host in the area. My room was so beautiful and had its own bathroom. The community this home is in has a beautiful lake with a walking trail. If you come to Northern California you must stay here.

Beautiful and calm home!

This is truly a gorgeous and vibrant house -- and the host makes it feel like home. Every space is thoughtfully and beautifully decorated, and it's very clean and organized. It is conveniently located in a beautiful area surrounded by mountains with several nearby grocery stores, restaurants, etc. The neighborhood is also wonderful; it has a local coffee shop open daily, a lake, multiple playgrounds/small parks (great for families and kids), and feels very safe. This is definitely one of the best vacation/rental places I've lived in!

Safe and Beautiful Pet Friendly Rental!

The rental is a beautiful two-story house located in the heart of the Vacaville area (safe area).The rental is 12 minutes from the Air Force Base and 15 minutes from the North Bay Hospital.Everything else is only a few hops away.It's spacious, well-furnished, and has all the amenities you'll need.What made this place stand out to me was the interior design coordination.The host has put in a lot of work into how their home is presented.The photos do not do it justice when seeing it in person.The property was spotless and well-maintained.The host is incredibly friendly and responsive.I recall my first week of staying there, and I was quite anxious about being far from home and my family.However, the host offered me some reassuring words, assuring me that everything would be alright, and encouraged me to embrace every moment while out here, which put me at ease.Their support made the transition seamless!The accommodation was very comfortable and pet friendly!

Clean comfortable modern BEST place to stay!

The best stay on Furnished Finders! Travel nurse friendly property. Roommates were super nice and friendly, common areas were always clean. Bedroom has brand new beyond comfortable mattress with a dresser and large mini fridge. Personal touches like sound machine and multi port charging cable are included. Bathroom is located directly adjacent to your room. HE washer and dryer to save you from trips to the Laundromat. New stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, and gas stove perfect for home cooking. New build house in safe residential neighborhood. Large park is within walking distance. Pet friendly. 10/10 would definitely stay again :)
