Terrible Landlords
We suspected some fraudulent activity as theywouldsendall of theirmail totheaddress &they had forbidus to havedirectaccess to our mail and handdeliver.Wewerenervous &ended up speaking with USPS.They attempted tochangethelocks asit was mandated that USPSdoesso knowing thesecircumstances.Thelandlordbecame extremelyupsetandthreatenedour lease agreement.Theycontinuedtosend packages that belonged to them to our address,&would stop byto pick upunannounced.It was very unsettling andjustoverall odd behavior I'veneverencounteredtravelingover2 years.The landlord'shusband,whoInever spoke with prior to this incident,stopped by to pick up one of their packages.Heknocked on the door, didn't introduce himself,and ENTEREDinsidethehousewithoutmyconsent.It was anextremeviolationof personspace& very comfortable as a woman.Iimmediate told the landlordandshedidn'tseem tocare,nor didIgetan apology.Pleaserefrain from renting through this landlord&rentHiltonHeadCabanasthroughanotherproperty managementcompany.
