House in Austin, Texas
Landlord Tenure: 3 years, 1 month
My wooden cottage is located in trendy East Austin. It's a stand-alone two bedroom home in a quiet residential area, only about 10 minutes from restaurants, shops, bars, etc. The house is a peaceful retreat from the hip city of Austin- surrounded by mature trees and greenery.
There is a cozy living room with TV, dining room, fully-equipped kitchen including washing machine and clothes dryer, an office with a twin daybed,...
Pets allowed, but on a case-by-case basis. Happy to discuss and see if it's a fit for both parties. Thanks!
Great place to stay in Austin
Ss place was exactly what my family needed while I was working in Austin. The neighborhood seems to be growing fast and getting more crowded but the house sits on a large lot with a big front yard and fenced backyard that helped make it feel like we had plenty of space to ourselves. I was able to ride my bike to work at Dell Childrens. It was an easy drive into downtown or Mueller. Not far from good coffee and grocery stores. S was available when anything came up and was easy to work with. The house was clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable!
Gorgeous Healing Sanctuary in East Austin
This is a VERY special and beautiful home in east Austin that allows for peace. The home is so clean, charming, safe, and has every amenity you could want. It is quiet and peaceful and allows for a true sanctuary experience. S* is the most amazing landlord and is always available for anything you may need. The bed is very comfortable, the bath tub allows for long soaks, the TV has every streaming channel, the backyard & deck offer wonderful opportunities for fun and relaxation. The back "zen" room, as I call it, is wonderful for yoga, reading, resting and there is an outdoor shower! There is even a sheltered area to park your vehicle as well as an alarm system. The neighbors are sweet and this area is close to everything! I feel so grateful that I was able to spend a significant amount of time here.
