This studio has been such a dream to call home! Located on the second story, it is quiet and surrounded by beautiful trees, and you can see the sunrise from the bed and bathroom windows! The owner, K, is an incredible host: kind, communicative, and thoughtful. She has thought of *everything* to make the studio super functional, including a very well equipped kitchen and a giant storage area. The bed is incredibly comfortable, the shower water pressure is genuinely the best I've ever experienced, and the wifi is fast and consistent. I've loved the location too - 10 minutes run down to Green Lake, 10 minutes run up to the Rez, and a bunch of grocery stores within easy walking distance (Whole Foods, Safeway, and Rising Sun Produce have been my go-tos). You could get coffee from a different place every day for a month, all of them within a mile! (Grateful Bread is my favorite.) Also, there is always close by street parking available even when I get home late. Honestly, a perfect spot
Very safe, cozy studio, quiet neighborhood 5 minutes away from UWashington and 10 minutes away from downtown Seattle! Trails nearby so great for pets! K was a great host. I would definitely rent from her again.
