2 Bed 2 Bath in College Hill

My temporary stay in Wichita has in large part been so great because of my stay at this home. The home is amazing, with a large, fully equipped kitchen (brand new appliances), great furniture, plenty of space to relax in, and lots of charming features. Karen was an amazing host and made sure I had everything I needed during my stay (I never had to buy any household item like trash bags, paper towels, etc. at the store!). She was always easy to reach whenever I had questions or concerns. I truly felt at home while I was staying here and I would definitely stay at this home again.

There's no place like home

We really enjoyed our stay here in Wichita. The bedding was very comfortable. Plenty of hot water in the shower. We had a full kitchen with plenty of space to prepare meals. The house had everything we could possibly need from batteries, an extension cord, Ziploc bags, laundry detergent....the list goes on. K was always easy to get a hold of when anything of concern came up. She was also proactive in keeping us informed of happenings like the lawn service coming, or changes in garbage pick-up due to the holidays. I was less than 10 minutes away from Wesley Medical. Everything else was less than a 15 minute drive--the grocery store, the mall, costco, etc. We hope to stay here again if travel nursing brings me back to Wesley.

perfect stay

This is a Beautiful house that has everything you could possibly need during your stay. The neighborhood is safe. Everything was within a 15-20 min drive. There is a garage. The beds are extremely comfortable and the landlord responds quickly and addresses all issues appropriately and in a timely manner. I would definitely stay here again. 10/10 Recommend!
