Love this place!

Loved living here during my contract! Pretty spacious and the perfect size for me and my dog. It's close to the main streets and highways, but situated in a nice, quiet neighborhood and I never ran into any issues while here. The landlord is also a great communicator and very responsive to any questions or concerns I had while staying here. Would definitely come back and stay here if I ever were to come back to Cali!

Great host and living space!

The landlord was a great host and was always available for any questions. The area was large and well laid out. We had more than enough room and were very comfortable. The rental was very secluded, and private. Having an outdoor space was a plus for us. Overall we wouldn't hesitate to return to this rental.

Just what we needed!

F and his family are amazing hosts! They're in the main home that's completely separated from this DADU in the listing. The DADU even has a fence separating it's outdoor space from the main home's yard. The DADU has modern finishes and felt good to be in. The amenities provided were just what we needed, as well. Ample space for us, a couple with two large dogs. The outdoor space is small, but we found ourselves using it often to eat lunch or just hang out. My partner and I both work remotely in tech and Francis was able to provide a work desk for us. He really went above and beyond to make our new home away from home great. There's plenty of street parking. The neighborhood itself is very close to restaurants and grocery stores. Very convenient and near the highway to get anywhere around LA. Happy to say we'd stay here again in a heartbeat!
