An amazing home away from home

I stayed in this apartment with my 2 dogs for 3 months and it was great! Plus it is close to a lot of restaurants. There is an amazing pool and the gym was surprisingly well equipped for being in an apartment. And the doggy spa just topped the stay off. Super easy to get my dogs clean. A cute little patio set out on the balcony was nice to sit outside and enjoy the nice weather. Patrice was quick to respond and answered all my questions and the girls in the office in the building were super helpful. I definitely felt safe and had an amazing place to stay!

Amazing Apartment Close to Everything

Wonderful experience! I used A Modern Host while staying in Richmond for a clinical rotation for PA school. The location was close to everything and was very safe. The furnishings of the apartment were very nice. The bed was so comfortable! The linens were also great, with super fluffy towels. I had debated between staying with A Modern Host vs. an extended stay hotel and I am so glad I went with A Modern Host! All of my questions both before and during my stay were answered super quickly. It was nice to know that Patrice was available if I needed anything, which I didn't really as the apartment had everything I needed. Would 100% recommend and would stay again if I had another rotation in Richmond.

Amazing experience

I stayed in a beautiful fully fournished apartment for one month. I very much enjoyed the location, the gym and I had an overall amazing time during my stay. The check-in and check-out went smoothly, the host was very helpfull and there were no complications during my stay. If I ever visited Richmond again, I would definitely book this apartment.

I had a wonderful experience with this host and property! The unit was extremely clean, and the views were great! It is in a perfect spot downtown! I spent 7 months here and I would come back any day! The host was very responsive & very accommodating!

Everything you need for a mid-term stay

I was so relieved that I found a Modern Host's apartment while working in Richmond for about 5 months. It was modern, comfortable, well-equipped, private, came with my own parking space, had a gym and pool, and in an excellent location. My favorite part was being able to leave my car parked on the weekends, while I walked down to Belle Isle for a river/forest/island hike, to one of my favorite coffee shops, and to various restaurants/cafes/bars. A Modern Host was always helpful and quick to respond any questions I had. If I work in Richmond again, I'll re-book here without a doubt.

Beautiful Modern Apartment Close to VCU

This is a beautiful apartment close to VCUHS. It is beautifully decorated and it has everything a traveling professional would need. Its walking distance to some amazing restaurants as well. The property owner is very accommodating.
