2 Rooms Private Entrance and Patio An apartment in a home

Fantastic Accommodation!

Judi and her lovely rooms far surpassed my expectations during my 8-month stay. It's inside her home, but separated by a door that closes off these rooms into your own private space. There is a cozy bedroom with its own entrance, a large bathroom, and a kitchenette/living room where I spent my days working from home and evenings making dinner and relaxing on the couch watching TV. The kitchenette is stocked well with appliances (no stove, but you have everything you need to cook), and a good-sized fridge. There is also laundry available on site, plus your own front patio. It's a very nice neighborhood--I took walks regularly, including to several nearby shopping centers for food, coffee, and groceries. Judi is very attentive and responsive to any needs, and is such a lovely, kind woman, I truly enjoyed her as a landlord. And I absolutely LOVE her adorable dog! I can't say enough good things about Judi and her apartment, you will truly enjoy it!

Great find!

This was a great space. I enjoyed having a fully separate space and the convenience of a fully furnished place. The patio is wonderful to sit outside and enjoy the weather. Another plus was the quiet surrounding neighborhood with good views of the surrounding mountains. But most of all, Judi was a great host. She is very caring and will work with you to make sure you have everything you need. Very grateful for my stay!

Little piece of Paradise

Judi is absolutely amazing! Shes very attentive yet respects your privacy. Its literally like having your own apartment with everything you could ever need.The house is divided by a wall and you have your own entrance ! The neighborhood and house are beautiful. I stayed for literally a whole year because I kept getting extended, and I just returned. Its that great!

HIGHLY recommend!

J is an absolute wonderful host! She is so kind, respectful of your privacy. and accommodating to your work schedule. I worked night shift and she would always take her dog to her friends on the days I worked to not desturb my sleep. However, the room is well insulted so I rarely heard her. The property is listed as a room, however you essentially have your own apartment. You have a private entrance and patio, a mini fridge and microwave in a large closet with plenty of hangers, and a hallway that leads to the bathroom which is all closed off from the rest of the house by another door. The dressers also give you ample storage space, everything was very clean, and the wooden blinds were equivalent to blackout curtains. There is also a beautiful large back patio which you can access via the door in the bathroom. I used the patio to workout, and there is an elliptical machine in the garage you have access to. I HIGHLY recommend this property, and would absolutely stay again!

nice and quiet

I had a short assignment in Thousand Oakes and Judis place was perfect. She was respectful and always pleasant. If I ever have the need again and this place is available I would stay there again. I loved her little dog too! Im not much of an animal person but her little dog is just adorable. It was very clean and quiet. Less than 15 minutes from Los Robles medical. Conveniently located to a lot of restaurants and shops just down the street. Easy access to the highway is also a plus. Thank you J for opening your home to traveling medical professionals.
