Picture-perfect 2Bed2.5Bath Townhome

Perfect location!

We are two roommates who rented this home for ~6 months while working in the Sumner-Bonney Lake schools. The location was perfect for our placements, and we had great neighbors! We frequented Post and Pour and overall loved living in Bonney Lake. Sydney was very responsive and quick to address any concerns we had with appliances or anything that needed fixing. The biggest drawback was that we're fairly disappointed with the furniture in the second bedroom. When we lived there, the only things in there were a bed, a bookshelf, and a broken cart. There were also not any bath linens when we arrived. We had to buy some things to make it feel more comfortable and have places to put our stuff, and a lot of the kitchen utensils were rusted and difficult to use. Overall, we did enjoy living here, but I would definitely say be prepared to have to bring or buy extra things for a fully functioning home.

Ideal Home Away From Home

Between selling our old house and searching for and procuring our new home we needed a safe and spacious place to stay for nearly four months. Sydney's townhouse was the perfect spot. Benefits that stood out to us were the cleanliness, attached 2-car garage, 3 bathrooms, well-kept grounds, comfortable beds and the spacious park and vast network of paths adjacent to the property. We loved walking to Post and Pour to meet with friends and enjoy the view. The neighbors are all so friendly, and the surroundings are very peaceful. We quickly felt very at home in the space, which was clean and in great condition. Any time we needed anything, Sydney was quick to respond and eager to assist. We cannot recommend this residence and owner more highly.

Perfect experience!

We rented this 2BR townhouse for ~7 months and it was an ideal situation for me and my family (spouse and 2 grade school children). The photos perfectly capture the look and feel of the spaceits cozy, clean, and well maintained. The location is ideal, with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby, plus great parks and an incredible view of Mt. Rainier just around the corner. The landlord was awesome and was very attentive to our needs. Highly recommended!!!
