1 bedroom studio, Safe, (vehicle rental option). walking distance from oschner medical center

Feels like home!

It was bittersweet moving out (travel Healthcare worker here); this apt felt really homey to me!! The location is a bit loud (causeway exit and lots of medical transport), but I LOVED how convenient the location was! Ochsner main, LTAC, Occ health....all sorts of locations 1min-10min away!(4min to main). Walmart, Dollar tree, Red White and Blue thrift store, Bakers Dozen, and Haydel's bakery are ALL just straight East on the street this apt is on. :) Starbucks, Bath & Body Works, Five Below, Jimmy John's & more just over in Elmwood shopping center 6 min away! The neighbors are some of the sweetest people you will ever meet! The landlords of this property are very sweet kind people. I will miss this apartment as my home away from home!!

Reasonable, Safe Apartment

I'm a travel nurse so this property was VERY convenient in terms of distance to the hospital. Took me about 5 min from the parking lot to the parking garage at Ochsner. The price is reasonable considering the location. There's a McDonalds and a Popeyes across the street, and a local market down the street. Appliances are newer, the washer/dryer works great. Bathroom is a little small, but this place is fine if its one person. Pics are very accurate. I didn't rent the vehicle but they'll work with you on pricing for renting it. Considering its the NOLA area, I felt very safe there.
