Cozy and modern duplex apartment in a perfect location

This was a perfect temporary home for our small family, we just moved across the world from Dubai to US and wanted a place to stay.. Keith and Maggie were the perfect hosts you can ever ask for, we really enjoyed our short two months stay.. Everything was perfect, place is renovated and modern, the apartment is set with everything you could need, I love how Keith and Maggi love their house and keep it always clean and neat from inside and outside. I will miss our small chats with Keith & Maggie, i am sure they will not miss our kids noises (just kidding), they told us multiple times that they miss the kids noises around their house. My husband and I have just returned from a two month stay at 14 Fern Place. This apartment is just beautiful. Keith and Maggie made us feel very welcomed and were so helpful and gracious during our stay. The apartment is in pristine condition with a very well stocked kitchen...the stove and full size refrig. made it very easy to prepare meals. The bathroom is immaculate as well, and both bedrooms are bright and roomy. We recommend this rental very highly and look forward to staying with Keith and Maggie at a future date!

My husband and I needed a place to live while between houses during our move. This place was perfect. It is newly remodeled and tastefully appointed, and the backyard is a lovely wooded retreat. We felt right at home and highly recommend it.
