AMAZING PLACE

I had the pleasure of staying at this property for just about shy of a year (Aug 2023-July 2024) for my travel nursing job and lets just say it was only supposed to be for 3 months. This place brought me so much comfort and it is quite a charm. It was clean and the layout was very well-thought out and very functional with space-saving furniture which made for a much better stay. Neighborhood is very safe and quiet. Usman and his wife were great hosts and not only professional, but very hospitable, accommodating, and very easy to talk to. They were very responsive to any needs or requests I had and I highly recommend their unit. Privacy was key and they delivered. Area is charming as well away from the chaos but close to everything in the LA area. They were also helpful with providing recommendations for good eats and sight seeing. Wish the next tenant nothing but the best :) Thank you again Usman and family for a great stay and welcome!

ADU review

This is a great place to stay for travel nurses. I worked at UCLA and it was about 25-30 min away depending on traffic. The place is fully furnished with full-sized kitchen and bath. There is also a washer and dryer in the bathroom. The owners are very nice and accommodating. It is a safe location. I would definitely stay here again!
