Review written for informational purposes. Landlady is difficult to deal with. From the beginning, she was asking all sorts of personal questions, and treated my family like they didn't exist when I moved in. Next, I had problems with utilites. She accused me of lying about the internet not working and the hot water only worked for 2 days. Also, her AirBnB for this unit says this is a beachfront property with a dedicated workspace, a dryer, hot water, and a safe. These are all lies. I also had problems with her spying on me. One night, she threatened to tow my car. She accused me of parking too far from her vehicle, not leaving enough space for the other tenant. She told me the tenant told her this which was another obvious lie. She accused me of doing this twice. Finally, she entered the unit without my permission. It was quite obvious when I found things moved, my bike knocked over, and the door unlocked and slightly open. I would NEVER rent here again.
