Great unit!

I stayed in the unit for the summer and it was perfect. It's super nice and updated, and it's gated which makes it feel even safer in an already safe area. There's lots of street parking available, so you don't need to worry about finding a spot. I was almost always able to get a spot right in front of the house. Downtown Campbell has lots of restaurants and coffee shops, and is only a short walk away. There's a farmers market there every Sunday with lots of good vendors, and a good trail for walking/running/biking nearby. Matthew is a great landlord; him and his wife are very kind and generous. I highly recommend staying here!

Great place

Great place no complaints. Its a nice studio has everything you need. Quiet neighborhood but close enough to walk to downtown Campbell and nice trail nearby. Owner was helpful.

great stay

My stay was great extremely comfortable and very safe property. It has all the essentials that person would need move-in ready. Landlord and wife Are very friendly and helpful, and quick to Respond. In a very good area as well safe to walk only a couple of blocks from downtown Campbell, where you can find restaurants, shops and farmers market on Sundays! Would definitely stay here again if work brings me back to this area.

Flawless Stay

My stay was wonderful! Couldn't have asked for a better place. M, the landlord is kind, very responsive and readily available if anything comes up. The cottage is very well equipped and essentially move-in ready from the moment you step in. The location is wonderful, just a couple minutes walk from downtown. The space itself is gated which adds an extra sense of security. The space is quiet, peaceful and the surrounding garden adds sense of peace as well. There is ample parking, the wifi works great as long as all the other appliances in the house. Perfect for one person!

Place to relax

This place is great for a travel nurse. I worked at Stanford and my commute was 25 min to work. I slept well, nice shower and tons of privacy. Downtown Campbell has tons of bars and places to eat and its a 3 min walk. M was a great landlord and always helpful!
