Belleville Stay

Fantastic stay, very spacious single bedroom apartment accompanied with one assigned parking spot. Our hosts were very welcoming and responsive during our stay. Would definitely stay again if I return to the area. Lots of delicious restaurants near by!

AMAZING AND PROFESSIONAL

Its a shame I only have 1000 characters to describe how amazing my experience was. J and his team are so friendly and professional. Any time I had a question, they responded within MINUTES. They genuinely care about making your stay as comfortable as possible. They are truly the best landlords Ive ever had. The apartment itself is cozy and stocked with everything you will need. When we first moved in, they even left a nice little welcoming gift for me AND my dog. It was honestly the sweetest thing ever. Everyone in the apartment complex is friendly and welcoming. The building superintendent actually lives in the apartment complex too so if you need anything (like if you accidentally lock yourself out of your apartment like I did lol) she is quickly available! Overall, I had such a great stay and cannot recommend renting from James and his team enough. They are truly top notch and deserve all of the praise in the world. They will go above and beyond to accommodate you!

Clean and comfortable

This place is set up so thoughtfully, it was the perfect place to land while we looked for a more permanent home. It is extremely clean and feels very spacious, and has everything you need for a long term stay. The owners were responsive and helpful. Would absolutely recommend staying here. Plenty of places to put away your personal items and keep the place looking neat and tidy. A lovely walkable neighborhood, very safe feeling. Nice neighbors and property manager on site.
