Job transition

I stayed here for just about a month for a job transition/move. It turned out to be a lovely place, clean, decorated beautifully, and quiet. It is an older complex but the condo itself is fantastic. I originally booked for several months but found a longer term rental quicker than I expected. Had I not found a home, I would have happily stayed longer. The landlord was incredibly gracious and helpful.

Great Landlord

I stayed at the Casa Gator for a medical school rotation - the location was directly across the street from Shands hospital, walkable if you are working there. The Landlord was very responsive, paperwork was very clear, all transactions were done quickly. She helped with the cost, as it wasn't rented the full month, which was very accommodating. The interior of the rental was really wonderful, clean well stocked, and very nice that coffee was supplied :) The exterior was not as great, not glamorous, but not her fault -it's an old complex. But, it was in a quiet area, and the building residents were quiet, it was not well lit outdoors at night. There was a smoker that lives next door and you could get some wafts of smells on the inside from it. Also, be VERY careful of the parking - they WILL put a lock on your tire if you don't have a parking pass = $80 to remove it.

Home away from home

I absolutely loved my time in this apartment, it was truly a five star experience from start to finish. I was impressed by the elegance and cleanliness of the apartment. The attention to detail in every aspect, from the decor to the amenities, was outstanding. The security system gave me a sense of safety and peace of mind, especially as a student living alone in a new city. Ms. S, the landlord, From day one she ensure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Her regular check-ins and support made me feel like I had a family member looking out for me. The quiet and safe neighborhood surrounding the apartment was the perfect retreat after a long day. The proximity to Shands hospital, where I was completing my medical rotation, was convenient and alleviated any worries about transportation or traffic. A place that meets your needs and offers exceptional care, support, and a true sense of home is worth every penny. Thank you, S, for setting the bar so high!!
