Nice place

I stayed here while working out of town and had a great experience. The place was comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed for an extended stay. The environment was quiet and pleasant, which made it easy to relax after work. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone traveling for work or a longer visit.

Hated it

I hated this place, from the first day I had issues. The first day I arrived, I couldn't get inside. No one answered my texts or calls for 30-45 min. When she did reply, she completely blew me off and was giving me the code to the wrong duplex. And then argued with me about it. It is grossly overpriced for the neighborhood it's in. I had issues with the power the entire time I stayed. They kept saying it would get fixed and it didn't and they didn't care. The power would be out for hours. The AC only cooled the lower part of the house. The bedrooms were very hot. The lawn maintenance was non existent. I had a branch fall from the tree onto some wires connected to the house and it sat there for over a month. They never had it cleaned up. Whatever was falling from the tree was all over the grass and it smelled and it made my dogs smell. Not very nice people

Home away from Home

I stayed in this property from June 2-October 2. It's close to downtown, and all of the major hospitals in the area, so commuting is a breeze. The neighborhood from a glance doesn't look great BUT I found it to be incredibly safe. I once had a package sit on the porch a whole weekend and it never moved, and the neighbor had one delivered that was the wrong address that sat there for a month and it never got claimed by it's owner. There's street parking or a private lot in the back. Backyard for doggos. Property owners are super invested in your happiness and comfort, and were able to help with literally anything I needed. I would stay here again if in the area, without a doubt.

Nice place close to downtown

This is a nice cozy little place close to downtown. I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.
