Private and secluded

This place was very quiet away from the street noise as it's tucked away from the front of the house. It's fully furnished and has all the accessories you can think of. Rice cooker, coffee pot, towels, gas stove and oven. If you need something the landlord is only a text away. Love the accessible lemon and orange trees outside. Tons of street parking and very secure with 2 gates to enter. Thank you Osvaldo for your hospitality, accommodation and care. I I will keep in touch.

safe and convenient

Perfect little place in San Leandro to stay if you are working at Kaiser San Leandro. Just a short drive to the hospital and walkable to many shops and restaurants. The hosts were very accommodating and available if I needed anything!

A great place to stay!

I stayed here recently for a travel nurse contract, it's a really nice little apartment within walking distance of basically anything you might need. It's fenced in and separated from the house so very private and also pretty quiet. The family that owns the property are also really great people and very accommodating. I had a medical emergency and had to cancel my contract early, they were extremely understanding. The apartment has its own bathroom and shower, a stove, microwave, coffeemaker, and attached laundry room. I was there without a car and had absolutely no problems. There's a large shopping center within about a five-minute walk with coffee shops, a grocery store, gym, restaurants. The BART station is also just a few blocks away if you want to go into San Francisco. I definitely recommend if you need a place to stay in San Leandro and if peace and quiet are a priority. The property's also really pretty, with orange and lemon trees right outside your door.

Great Stay

This is a very cozy guest house with a small kitchen and a private bathroom. The owner is super nice, very responsive, and addresses issues quickly. It can get a little warm in the room at specific times on really warm days given that there is no A/C, but there is a fan which helps a bit and the ventilation can be pretty decent given its location. The unit was also clean, new, and there were many essential items provided. The rectangular walk-in shower is quite nice, and the location is really affordable. Would definitely recommend!
