Terrible property and management THIEVES

Will steal your deposit and threaten you with false damages when you push, even though she is legally wrong. I have reported this place to furnished finder, but they will not do anything about it. The place is DISGUSTING. Smells of mildew and more. Tub fuacet leaked heavily, and the toilet is not connected correctly. Electrical outlet issues (FIRE HAZARD). When I arrived, there were BUGS in the fridge and freezer. For charging an outrageous cleaning fee, the place was not clean beyond a quick vacuum. Communication was terrible, and the owner has a horrible attitude problem. I would not recommend this place, and seeing another one-star review furthers my suspicions. Scumlord.

Do not rent here

I rented this place in a hurry. Communication from the start was terrible and should have been my first sign to walk away and get a hotel. When I arrived day of to move in on scheduled date the landlord Rita responded hrs later to tell me that I wasnt ready for me because she mixed up her dates for cleaning. Ok fine. So place was dirty when I moved in. I did receive back my cleaning fee i paid for. Over all the place was in less than desirable state. Outdated and only 2 small towels to use for showering. I decided to move out within a week and gave my 30 days notice to vacate the premises. I cleaned the kitchen and the bathroom. Left it in same or better condition than I received it. It has now been over a month and I have yet to receive any response from the landlord regarding my $1300 deposit. I can see that she is reading them and not responding to me. Im beyond frustrated. If you dont want to deal with this kind of unprofessional behavior then find another place to rent.
