Practically perfect in every way

We are a travel nurse family, received special permission to rent here as a family vs. single renter. The neighborhood is so safe, the neighbors are all very friendly. The house has all the amenities you could want and more. Everything is comfortable and beautifully decorated. Pete is delightful to communicate with and is an outstanding host. If you are looking for an off season rental, look no further. You will not regret it.

Felt right at home

I stayed here for 3 months and it was a fantastic experience. Mr. P & his Son are incredibly nice people; they always answered emails or phone calls and were very accommodating and respectful. I could not have asked for a better Host. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and full of nice & cheerful neighbors. There is a walking path behind the neighborhood along the Tanque Verde Creek with Majestic views of the mountains. Also, being able to park my car in the garage was a big plus. The home is clean, organized, and was stacked with supplies from cooking to cleaning and even a grill on the back patio. All the stores are a short drive away in case you need anything. And bonus for any hikers or mountain lovers, Mt. Lemmon is literally right down the road (about 5-10 minutes drive to the entrance of Catalina State Park). I highly recommend staying here and if I ever come back to Tucson, Mr. P's house is the first place I'll look for!

Amazing Hosts and home!

I wanted to take the time to make a review, this home is amazing and the neighborhood as well! The neighbors were sweet and welcoming and the home is beautiful but my favorite part of this experience was the interaction between Mr.P and I. I have never met such a sweet person from day 1 he made us feel welcomed and that we could reach out to him for anything! Big plus is the walking trail behind the neighborhood you can view the mountains! If we are ever in Tuscon again this would my first choice!
