Great apartment, great location

I really enjoyed my stay here and highly recommend to prospective future tenants! The location is central as described, and also has the appeal of being in a quiet peaceful neighborhood. The unit itself was very clean and cozy, and the listers are very attentive and go the extra mile to ensure you are satisfied. That said, Juan Pablo is great!! He made the entire process easy, and was very accommodating and professional. I very highly recommend this property and would stay again!!

Great apartment in a great location

This apartment was a great place to stay during my travel contract in Charlotte, NC. The area felt safe and it is in walking distance to numerous restaurants, as well as a short walk to access part of the Greenway trail. The apartment is situated behind the main house and above the detached garage with adequate privacy. The home owner, in addition to the property manager, were both very personable and easy to communicate with throughout the duration of my stay. There was a problem with the AC at one point during my stay, however I felt they handled the situation very well and worked diligently to get the problem fixed. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here!
