The Best Host
If you're in the Austin area and are looking for a place to stay, look no further than this property! I've been traveling for work for 3 years and have rented in all kinds of homes. In all my time doing this I can say without a doubt that this has been my favorite experience. I've never been invited into a home so openly, and given the space and feeling of security to rest my head without worry. What are some of the things you can expect? Private bathroom, full living room, well maintained kitchen, in unit washer dryer, parking spot and the best host you could ask for! Don't just take my word for it, there are other reviewers saying the same thing. Happy Travels everyone!

My home away from home!
If you're looking for an amazing place to stay with a gracious host who extends the warmest welcome, you've found it! This place is the perfect set up. The private loft and bedroom/bathroom are ideal. I also had complete access to the kitchen & laundry room. This house was my safe haven for 3 months while I worked in the Austin area. I cannot say enough good things about the house & its host. I would stay here again in a minute!

Amazing Property and Owner!!!
Both the property and owner were AMAZING. She went above and beyond to make things comfortable for me. I let her know that I would be sleeping during the day because of night shifts, and the next weekend she put up blackout curtains in the room. She occasionally left baskets of new linen, lotions, body washes, shampoos, and anything else you needed. She put a refrigerator in the room so I could store any lunch I needed for work. Shes very quiet, respectful, and is quick to respond to any questions I had. The bed was a queen size and it was extremely comfortable. You have your own private bathroom and upstairs loft with a couch and a TV in case you want to get out of the room. Its in a very safe neighborhood thats quite. This is the best place you can get for the money. 10/10. I will be coming back here when I get another contract in Austin.

very nice lady, very quiet, hardly saw her throughout the week. would stay with her again. comfortable bed also which I think is important.
