Perfect rental house for our family

Our family of 5 rented Rachel's home in Magnolia for 2 months while we renovated our home in Queen Anne and had the perfect stay. We even welcomed our 3rd child while staying here and the house was perfect for our first few newborn weeks. The home has a large, beautiful and fully stocked kitchen and living area plus a deck with great views. There was plenty of space for our kids, who particularly loved playing in the backyard and tire swing. It's a great location close to Interbay. We loved exploring Magnolia parks and farmer's market via our bikes (ample storage in the backyard). The home is well stocked with towels and toiletries and everything you may need. Great water pressure and master bedroom suite has tons of closet space. Rachel is so easy to coordinate with and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. 10/10 recommend and while I hope we never renovate again (lol), would absolutely stay again.

Stay Baby

My wife and I visited Seattle for the arrival of our first grandchild and this was a perfect place for us. Nice neighborhood, quiet and close to dt or Ballard. Very well stocked home and Rachel does a great job at making sure you have everything you need . We recommend you give this a try. We will use again when back to see the baby! Thanks Rachel

5 month stay, two kids

We stayed at Rachel's property for five months and had a wonderful time! Rachel is a great host, everything we needed was provided in her well equipped house and she was easy to contact and would routinely ensure we had everything we needed for our stay. The house itself is comfortable with many options for sleeping arrangements and plenty of storage. The kitchen lacked nothing (which is definitely not always the case in a furnished rental!) Our kids especially loved the fenced front and backyard (with a tire swing!) for hours of playing and plane spotting! It is right on a bike path and bus route that take you directly downtown or Discovery Park. Plus it is walkable distance to a fantastic playground and Metro market. It was a great stay, with a flexible kind host who really makes you feel glad you are there! Sent remotely.
