Amazing Property

Stayed here while I worked at UK Chandler and absolutely loved it. Close to work and close to everything you could need. 5 minutes from the mall, target, walmart, sams, Kroger, whole foods, and any food you would ever want. Landlord is amazing and will help you with whatever you were to need. I was able to bring my fur babies and they loved the big fenced in yard that was well cared for. You can sit on the back porch and listen to the pond waterfall. Perfect place to relax on your day off. Also plenty of street sidewalks for dog walks or morning runs. 10/10 would recommend!

Awesome spot in Lexington

This property was awesome. Its close to anything you might need such as shopping (the summit), fitness (Lexington athletic club) and entertainment (theatre, summit). The neighborhood was quiet except for cars that occasionally go too fast down the street. The neighbors were great and very friendly. The house had everything we needed and we even brought pets. The long driveway makes great parking and the backyard was very inviting. L (owner) was great to work with. When we did find something we needed he was very quick to address it and have it sent to us. We faced some pretty big storms while we were there and one of them knocked out power for almost a whole week. We had and infant at the time and were worried about keeping the food cold. L went out of his way to purchase a generator for the property to make sure none of our food went bad. We had a great stay and I highly recommend. If we ever make it back to KY, well more than likely stay again.
