I have created the interior with reclaimed materials and dcor that invokes a by gone era. From old wood panels from the late 1800s with wallpaper from the 1920s still clinging to them, to the unique sink I crafted from an old door and plumbing pipe. Wonderful experience!
My friend and I are medical students who stayed at Quail Run for a month for a rotation at the University of Utah. Carol's place was super close to it (like a 12minute bus ride) with multiple bus stops within 5 minutes of her place. The place itself is out of a magazine, so aesthetically pleasing and super cozy too! We would have Sunday breakfast out on the terrace and admire the greenery and nature surrounding the place. It was truly a wonderful month there and felt like a safe haven during a stressful rotation. Carol is a very pleasant woman who is also very responsive and caring. It is clear the comfort and happiness of her guests is very important to her. We had many pleasant conversations with her and it was always a good time. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is fortunate enough to get it! Thanks Carol! Miss you and Quail Run!

A jewel of a place, fantastic location, excellent landlord!
My husband and I and our dog Beau stayed here for almost 3 months. It was perfect--a little oasis/nest a block away from University of Utah. It's a very charming loft-like space above a garage with a large porch with oversized French doors that overlooks the landlord's backyard garden. Perfect amount of space (600 or so sq. ft?), with high ceilings and great light. Kitchen has full-sized appliances and we entertained here several times. Often we opened the doors and just listened to the birds outside. C's place is truly a charming, spacious, wonderful nest in Salt Lake City. We would absolutely stay here again. Highest recommendation.

Great place to stay
The place is very cute, clean, and has everything that you need. Mrs. C is very kind, responsive and helpful. She even watch my dog a bunch of times. Right down the street from the malls and short drive to the slopes. Great place to stay!

Great place. Great location.
Loved this place. Beautifully decorated and furnished, private, off the main street so there's no road noise. The location is convenient to the University of Utah and the University Hospital, close to downtown SLC and several great restaurants walking distance from the apartment. My wife worked at Huntsman Cancer Hospital and she rode her bike to work everyday, only 1.4 miles. The property owner was great to deal with, very professional, quick to respond, great communication. Highly recommend this place, would stay here again if we return to SLC.
