Don't do it

Initially the signing process with April went really smooth & the house was great. One problem encountered was we were promised 1 parking spot & a couple days after moving we received notification that we no longer had that spot and would have to park in the busy street parking as well as get a permit from city hall so our vehicles didn't get towed. Upon move out April waited past the 21 day period for deposit return to notify us that our deposit was being held due to freezing pipes due to windows that we did not leave open and no damage caused. April failed to notify us and did not contact us until day 25 after move out to notify us she was holding the security deposit, when at the walkthrough April said everything looked great and that there should be no issue getting our deposit back. We left the house in great condition & always paid our rent on time. If you count on your deposit to move place to place for work I would NOT recommend renting with April.
