I had an excellent experience renting from Patrice. She is a fantastic landlord—always responsive, attentive, and genuinely cares about her tenants. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and very well maintained. It truly felt like a home from the moment I arrived. Patrice went above and beyond by including thoughtful extras like a welcome basket, which was such a nice touch and made settling in even more enjoyable. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need, making it comfortable and convenient from day one. I would highly recommend renting from Patrice to anyone looking for a smooth, stress-free, and welcoming living experience.

Outstanding condo, Outstanding landlord

I can not say enough good about this property. I was in town for a couple of months as a Moffitt patient. This property is super convenient to Moffitt and everything else that you may need during your stay. Patrice is unbelievably kind, caring, and professional, and she makes sure that everything is as it should be with the property. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful Condo with a Fantastic Host

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The place was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location is excellentclose to the hospitals and USF, with easy access to main roads, yet still quiet and peaceful. Patrice was a fantastic host, very responsive and easy to work with, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again or recommend it to others.

Outstanding Property & Host

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this condo! The space was clean and thoughtfully organized, with virtually everything needed for a comfortable stay. The landlady truly was very kind and responded quickly. When we discovered the coffee machine wasn't working, she immediately ordered a replacement. Her availability and willingness to help with any concerns made us feel genuinely welcomed and well-cared for. The apartment complex's amenities were outstanding. We spent an amazing time at the fitness center and swimming pool, which were well-maintained. Additional highlights included the convenient location, comfortable furnishings, and well-equipped kitchen that made meal preparation a breeze. The Wi-Fi was reliable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and we appreciated thoughtful touches like quality linens and towels. I would highly recommend this condo for anyone seeking a good and reliable place in Tampa.

We were looking for a place to stay in Tampa while my husband was receiving treatment at Moffitt, and this apartment was the perfect location. Patrice was absolutely amazingshe went above and beyond to ensure the apartment was spotless and comfortable for us. Her communication was exceptional; anytime I had a question, she responded right away. Not only was the apartment great, but Patrice herself was kind, friendly, incredibly responsive, and truly understanding of our situation. We couldnt have asked for a better experience.

Cozy condo in a good neighborhood with great support from an awesome landlord!

Its a great neighborhood in North Tampa close to lots of good restaurants and local businesses. The community is clean with kind neighbors. The condo has everything you need. But if you ever needed anything, the landlord's got your back! If I ever had an issue, you can easily get in contact and fix things in amazing time. If I needed to move back to Tampa, I'd request this place again in a heart beat. You will be in great hands :)

Perfect Stay

This place was the perfect stay for my mom & I! I was visiting Tampa for a Clinical placement & Patrice was an amazing host. She was flexible, friendly, & always responded to us almost immediately. It was obvious to me that she really cares about her property & her guests, she went above & beyond! The apartment was in a great location for where I needed to be. It was clean & was stocked with everything we needed plus more for an extended stay. I loved the tennis court & the surrounding area was good for walking. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable place with an amazing host I highly recommended this place!

Most Accommodating Host

The place was extremely clean and well-stocked, minutes from the freeway and USF, and Patrice the host was phenomenal. She responded quickly to our texts/calls and replaced any dysfunctional appliances very quickly. She even brought over toys and a crib for our baby! I wish I could have stayed here for a full year!

Great condo near two hospitals!

Perfect condo for any travel nurse or short-term renter! This condo is very spacious, equipped with all the necessities for your stay, and located in a quiet complex near 75 and 275. The complex has a pool and fitness center, both of which tend to not be very busy and are enjoyable. Being minutes from Advant Health and Moffitt Cancer Center it is an ideal stay for healthcare professionals. The landlord is lovely and very easy to get in contact with and will go above and beyond to ensure you have a comfortable stay. I have greatly enjoyed my stay here and would have stayed through the winter had the hospital needed the help.
