Gem in west Seattle

This property is a wonderful gem in west Seattle. Jill the landlord is equally as wonderful! She has everything a person needs to feel safe and comfortable in her cottage by the beach. The place is quiet, accessible, and within walking distance of the ferry/ multiple parks. The space itself has a washer/dryer, a kitchenette, very nice comfortable bed, and plenty of closet space. There is a nice desk to do any work from home and there is a TV for relaxation. If you want to see the Puget sound and the Olympic mountains, walk 50 feet and you're at the water. If you like being on the water, there are paddle boards ready for your use. I can't sat enough good things about Jill, she's amazing and very attentive to your needs.10/10 would stay again

Calm, Quiet, Relaxed Living.

Wonderful location and a wonderful landlord. J was very tentative and kind. Great place to go for a walk and watch the sunset. Would live here again if I had the chance!

Whats not to love?

Whats not to love? Its quiet, dark and warm. I actually love that its in the basement and has its own side entrance. J, the landlord was extremely kind and quiet. I love west Seattle because its further away, has fewer people, less crime and is on the beach; So you can watch the sunset everyday if you wanted to.
