Wonderful Summer!

This was such a great space for us this past summer! Julie was extremely communicative and provided us with everything we needed. She responded to any concerns immediately or within a few hours! Excellent deal for an apartment like this. Neighbors were very quiet, super convenient location and very close to everything you could need! When Julie stayed in the apartment with us for a few days, she was unbelievably respectful of our space and provided us with ample notification as to her arrival and departure. Truly a gem in a magical city!

Great Place to Stay

I had a wonderful stay at this condo during my rotation in Santa Fe. The space was very cute and cozy, with everything I needed for a comfortable extended stay. The location was excellenteverything in Santa Fe felt close by, and the community was both friendly and safe. The property owner was incredibly responsive and kind, which made the experience even better. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone traveling to the area!

Home away from home

I stay in this condo for 1 year. The location is very convenient. It's within minutes from the interstate and downtown Santa Fe. The condo is in a very quiet and friendly development. I like that the rooms are very spacious and that the place didn't feel cluttered. Julie is a wonderful host and roommate. She was very flexible with my lease, which it helped me out a lot. She is very respectful of your space. While she's there, it still feels like she's not there. Also, when she wasn't at the condo, there was an issue with the internet and the refrigerator dripping water and making noises. She was very tentative! She got the internet issue and the refrigerator fixed immediately! Later on, the refrigerator started doing the same thing again and she immediately replaced the refrigerator with a new one. I love that she scheduled everything around my work schedule and availability when I was off from work.

A lovely stay

This charming, spacious apartment is incredibly conveniently located. Its right off the highway, near a bus stop, 5 minutes walking from smiths and 20 minutes walking from Trader Joes and natural grocers, and a 5-15 minute drive from anything else you might need in Santa Fe. J is a responsive and flexible landlord and roommate who makes every effort to make her tenants feel welcome and at home in her space. The complex and the condo itself are well maintained, peaceful, safe, and truly beautiful. Js balcony also overlooks the complexs little dog park, so many of my mornings were spent watching the sun rise as dogs frolicked. The apartment is also an unparalleled deal - Ive never seen a better or larger space at that price.

Perfect Stay

While staying in Santa Fe for a school program, I rented this space from J. There were quite a few hiccups with my funding and booking due to my sponsor institution. J was beyond understanding - way more patient and accommodating than I could have ever anticipated. She was helpful at every step along the way, before I even stepped foot into the house. The unit is roomy, clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. I felt truly welcomed to make myself at home in the space. All of the appliances were current. The community amenities were clean and well-maintained. The management office was helpful and kind. They also had nothing but good things to say about J. Worth noting, when she did come down it was maybe once a month. I received plenty of notice and often used that time to make sure anything I needed in regard to my stay was taken care of. When she had feedback or requests for me, she was always respectful. I had a wonderful stay and am so grateful for the hospitality!
