Beacon Hill Cottage

This quiet, cozy cottage worked very well for us. Lovely neighborhood, kind neighbors, and the landlord (Andrew) lives right across the alley. Andrew was very responsive (as I was recuperating from surgery, we had a few special needs which he took care of quickly). It is an easy walk to the neighborhood grocery, light rail and the bus stop and there is plenty of nearby street parking, right at the end of the alley.

This is a perfect home! I stayed here for several months as I waited to move to Spain. It's located in a residential neighborhood, near shops, restaurants and public transportation. The house sits on its own property with a private yard, screened from the street. The house is clean and has tons of windows with natural light. The kitchen is fully stocked with high end pots/pans and appliances. The living room has the most comfortable leather couch where you can watch TV or the birds in your private front yard. The neighbors are friendly and kind. The owner (a really nice guy named Andrew) lives right across the ally and responds in minutes to fix any problem. A perfect place for a few days or long term.
