This place was a vibe for real. I loved the bright decor and brand new renovations. It is certainly not like most places you'll find in Albany lol. I love that it was only a 5 min drive to my job at albany med -total life saver when you work long crazy hours like I do. Roommates were really chill everyone was either a student or a travel nurse so they understand the lifestyle. 10/10 would recommend & will stay here in the future if I need a place to stay in Albany

This place had an amazing vibe! I loved how everything is newly renovated and beautifully decorated. It's very affordable, has all the essentials, and is conveniently located. The blackout curtains were a life savor since I mostly work overnights. The fireplace was also stunning and will be perfect for the cooler months!

The place is nicely decorated and nicely maintained with maintenance/help available within a day. Had a few quirks to iron out when I first moved in but it handled immediately with no problems. Some things to consider and the reason Im giving 4 stars is because its right next to all college kids and weekends/nights can get loud. Parking in the evening can be slim pickings but it really wasnt more than parking less than a minute away at like the corner of the neighboring street. Living with 3 other people on the first level so just know your sharing the space with the others as well. Owners were lovely and were quick to respond. 5 minute drive to Albany med and like 15 minutes to target/colonie center.

I booked this room through another website and let the landlord know he should post on furnished finders. Happy to see he took my recommendation. The landlord (S) is super responsive, friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and everything in my room was brand new. Street parking was easy (just watch signs) and if you like walking its a mile from Albany Medical Center. Really good pizza (Paesans) right down the street. I would definitely stay here again!
