Room 1. Highly Recommend!!!

I just want to give a huge shout-out to Brigid, Mikayla, and the entire staff who make the Leo Place such a nice stay. The staff go above and beyond to ensure the entire place is cleaned, sanitized, and perfect for its tenants. What I love about this place is that any small inconvenience or questions you may have gets dealt with immediately. Once again, I just want to thank everyone at this place for giving me such a wonderful stay. If I ever need a stay again at Albany, then I will be sure to reach out :)

Room 2

I had the pleasure of staying in room 2 for almost 6 months. It was a small room, almost the size of a large walk-in closet. I am slim in my physique which made it easy for me to move around the room and easy to access and open dresser. Laundry + dryer included, which is a +. Only 1 shared bathroom, thus can be tricky if on the same work schedule as another roommate. I did not have a car however, I often saw that there were parking spots available on the street when I stepped out. It is a city, thus street cleanliness + homelessness isn't avoidable. Okay to walk to Albany Med (20 min walk). I never walked outside past 10 pm. The place was recently renovated and decorated, which is nice. It is also well maintained thanks to a team of cleaners/managers that ensure the place is meticulously cleaned weekly and restocked (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.). It does get loud on the weekends during the school year due to being in close proximity to college students. Overall, great experience.

Cool & cozy Spot

This place was a vibe for real. I loved the bright decor and brand new renovations. It is certainly not like most places you'll find in Albany lol. I love that it was only a 5 min drive to my job at albany med -total life saver when you work long crazy hours like I do. Roommates were really chill everyone was either a student or a travel nurse so they understand the lifestyle. 10/10 would recommend & will stay here in the future if I need a place to stay in Albany

Highly Recommend this place !!

This place had an amazing vibe! I loved how everything is newly renovated and beautifully decorated. It's very affordable, has all the essentials, and is conveniently located. The blackout curtains were a life savor since I mostly work overnights. The fireplace was also stunning and will be perfect for the cooler months!

The place is nicely decorated and nicely maintained with maintenance/help available within a day. Had a few quirks to iron out when I first moved in but it handled immediately with no problems. Some things to consider and the reason Im giving 4 stars is because its right next to all college kids and weekends/nights can get loud. Parking in the evening can be slim pickings but it really wasnt more than parking less than a minute away at like the corner of the neighboring street. Living with 3 other people on the first level so just know your sharing the space with the others as well. Owners were lovely and were quick to respond. 5 minute drive to Albany med and like 15 minutes to target/colonie center.

Clean, affordable and close to hospitals

I booked this room through another website and let the landlord know he should post on furnished finders. Happy to see he took my recommendation. The landlord (S) is super responsive, friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and everything in my room was brand new. Street parking was easy (just watch signs) and if you like walking its a mile from Albany Medical Center. Really good pizza (Paesans) right down the street. I would definitely stay here again!
