Room only- Beware!

This was advertised as room in shared space, pics of areas not to be used. Her contract with strict house rules giving red flags, not provided till I moved there, car packed, starting job next day. The first day, as I entered with groceries, I was told I was only allowed occasional use of kitchen, pissed I asked about coffeemaker, I was only to use mini fridge, no couch, no living areas are shared other than outside. 2 towels provided and 1-2 loads laundry a week. Very strict house rules and she never left, shuts house down with lites b4 10p, sits in middle of house on phone loudly, yet complains of noise level in bedroom with tv/phone earbuds & door closed. She would come into room while gone & turn fan off, yet kept house (heat) over 72. Miserable stay, confined to little bedroom...moved out as quick as I could.

I'm writing to express the great experience I had renting the room from Dec 2024 to May 2025. The home is new located in the acclaimed Travisso community. The room had a queen bed, refrigerator / freezer and a big screen tv. The home has beautiful furnishings it was comfortable, & well-maintained. Denise is very accommodating, she is great host, and goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. She knows the area well and can provide information on what there is to do. I highly recommend this home & room and would be happy to rent here again in the future. Gerry

The best place

D is such a beautiful person. Her homemakes you feel like youre on vacation in a 10 star resort. Very clean , quite and safe neighbourhood. Denise loves to cook, talk and play the piano. She will accommodate your every needs. She goes out of her way to make you feel welcome and wanted . The pictures that you is exactly what you get . I was the first traveler in the home! We have a great relationship and bond . I enjoy when she plays the piano its very relaxing and soothing! The community have a California look with a Texas fill. You wont be disappointed! Im so glad that I chose this place . I have gain a friend for life . The best part about my experience is Denise teaching me how to prepare for retirement. She drop some jewels on me . GETTING BROKE IN YOUR PAY CHECK. She have told me so much more . If you want to get the knowledge for a great retirement life and live in luxury. Let this be your place to stay!
