Cozy, safe and quite place

stayed at this property for nearly two months while searching for a permanent place in San Francisco, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The space was cozy, safe, and provided the perfect environment for rest especially important for me as a night shift nurse. You can always find parking within the area, which made things convenient. Eric was also a fantastic host, very approachable, responsive, and quick to address anything that needed attention. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable stay, particularly healthcare professionals or anyone working non-traditional hours.

Cozy, ,clean and accessible

Me and my wife were travel nurses and we stay at this place for 3 months. Eric and Kaisa were wonderful! Very helpful and understanding. Easy to communicate and transact with. The place is clean, well kept and complete for our needs. Will stay here again!

Great place to stay in San Francisco

I stayed with Eric and Kaisa for 9 months. They were great. The apartment was quiet and the neighborhood felt very safe. They were very understanding about my dogs when they barked. The outside patio was wonderful for them to lounge in the sun. I thought the bed was comfortable and so was the sofa. Great tv. Had everything I needed and more. I had no problems with cleanliness . Eric worked to solve any issues I may have had. Very convenient to downtown. It's street parking but I could always find a place within a block. Highly recommend.

I planned to stay three months but left after two due to the condition of the apartment and my experience with the owners, Eric and Kaisa. From day one, there were serious cleanliness issues including pubic hairs in the shower, pet hair in the freezer, stained bedding, broken blinds, and heavy cobwebs. I later learned a pet had lived there previously, which made it clear the unit had not been cleaned. This was upsetting since I paid a cleaning fee. Also, there were large spiders throughout the unit, trash cans left full from the prior tenant, a damp yeast-like smell, no screen on the sliding door, a dirty couch where I saw a mite, an uncomfortable mattress, singed outlets, a space heater with an overheating cord, and multiple slugs in the kitchen (which was never addressed despite me reporting). I trusted Eric and Kaisa despite the unit having no reviews and paid via cash and Zelle, leaving no recourse. The experience was uncomfortable and disappointing.
