Great experience
I traveled to Omaha for a travel RN contract and had the pleasure of leasing an apartment suite from BevVan. The apartment was clean, well furnished and comfortable. BevVan is a very gracious host and attentive to any concern. Highly recommend!

I have been traveling for a few years now and I can say that this rental is one of the best places I've stayed at! It was very close to my assignment at Children's Nebraska and was close to many restaurants and stores making it very convenient. Beverly is so nice and very responsive to questions or concerns. She also provides EVERYTHING you'd need for a short term stay including Tupperware, soap, cooking supplies, cleaning supplies, paper towel, toilet paper, etc. I stayed in the suite upstairs and it is so spacious with so much storage. If I were to ever come back to Omaha, I'd definitely stay here again!

AMAZING LANDLORD
This was my first time in Omaha... and funny thing is I picked out the studio upstairs before I even had my contract. The landlord was gracious enough to hold the property until I finalized my paperwork. Once I got to Omaha, she had a meet/greet pizza dinner for her and the tenants. EVERYTHING is supplied except food, which surprised me but I eventually need to use a few spices. The landlord is so so sweet and nice. She goes out of her way and if I needed anything I was able to call or text and she was able to supply. Before my contract ended I needed a ride to the ER, the landlord was J on the spot, she was able to take me and drop me off. When I say she goes above and beyond, this is an understatement. She truly cares for her short term tenants. If ever I am back in Omaha.... This is the property for me!

Wonderful!!!
The landlord, B, was just incredible. I was always made to feel comfortable and taken care of. She has literally thought of everything to make this a home! I would definitely recommend staying here!
