Wonderful Experience!

I loved this apartment and was sad to go! Jim was great and communicated well. Maintenance was wonderful too!! I had 1 minor issue and they were on it that day! I would highly recommend Western Hills and will definitely stay again if I travel back to Evansville.

The area is quiet and safe. The apartment is updated, nice and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again

Cozy place!

Nice cozy and clean place to stay with all tbe amenities. Completely remodeled with new furniture and everything your need. Jim and his wife are an awesome couple to work with. His office is right next door and any issues he takes care of them STAT! Will come back and definitively stay here if I ever return to Evansville gor my next contract.

Awesome place

I loved the property. Landlord was so nice and accommodating. Very quiet area and furnishings were lovely. Very clean and nice bed, towels, and essentials. Had everything I needed for my 3 month stay. I would use it again if needed. Never had to look for a parking spot and the laundry area was clean as well. Nice grassy area and he even allowed my sweet cat.

Location, Location, Location!

J's place exceeded our expectations in every way. It is in a fantastic location, and was incredibly easy to reach. The size of the place was perfect, providing us with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Despite its central location, the apartment was surprisingly quiet, tucked away in a neighborhood. The convenience of the location, comfortable furniture and all the kitchen supplies needed, helped make this a great place to stay.
