Perfect location!
We stayed at this conveniently located Renton location for 3 months, with our dog. We loved the deck and ate outside overlooking beautiful Lake Washington every evening that we could! April and Barb were perfect landlords, very accommodating and helpful. We had plenty of space, and enjoyed frequent hikes to nearby Squak and Cougar Mountain areas. Beautiful! It was also convenient to the airport, just a quick 15 minute drive. Many thanks for a great 3 months!

Great Stay
My fianc and I stayed here for 4 months with our 2 cats. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The hosts were beyond accommodating to us. They always went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable! Yes you can hear them walking above you, but that was the only sound we heard and it never bothered us. We even work night shift and would sleep during the day and never were woken up by any sound. The hosts even helped watch our cats when we were out of town. They took amazing care of them and our one cat loved all the attention. We would definitely suggest this place to anyone for your long term stay!

Great Home Away from Home
Ive had an amazing stay at Aprils home. The house has a ton of space, and I had room enough to host two friends from out of town here on the same weekend. The view of the lake is beautiful, and all the greenery leading to the door makes it feel like you live in a little private getaway on the hill. A & B are very friendly hostesses, super knowledgeable about the area, and we also kind enough to drive me to/from SEATAC a few times. The living spaces are separate, guests have their own private deck and entrances. The house is also pet friendly, the shower water gets deliciously hot, and theres plenty of kitchen appliances and cookware available for guests. Youre only a few miles from downtown Seattle if you work in the city, and its a quick drive up to the stadium for football games as well. Oh, and the laundry machines are BIG! You can throw all your clothes or bedding in them at once! Ive thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.
