The Porch at Southbank, Easy, walkable, close, quiet.

Perfect location with thoughtful hosts

I stayed in the first floor apartment for 4 months with my husband and 2 dogs while relocating to the area for work. The location is unbeatable- super convenient, walkable neighborhood that was both quiet and very safe. Getting around is easy while sharing a car with easy access to transit. The landlords were fantastic- attentive, responsive, and flexible. The apartment was the perfect size with a layout that was comfortable and not cramped and plenty of closet space. The yard was a huge bonus- ideal for the pups to play and perfect for grilling and relaxing outside. We had a great experience overall and highly recommend this apartment!

Adorable Apartment, Great Hosts

My pup and I stayed at this lovely first floor apartment for a little over 4 months. Our stay was perfect and we had everything we needed. The home is beautifully remodeled and tastefully decorated. We were close enough to walk into Bellevue, Newport and Smale Park in Cinci. The owners M&D were excellent hosts and were available if we ever needed anything.

Wonderful unit, great location, amazing hosts!

This property has everything we could ask for. Well appointed, great location, very friendly and responsive hosts, and a dedicated parking spot in the back. We especially liked that we were within an easy walk to restaurants, shops, and bars. We definitely recommend this apartment and would certainly stay here again!!

Amazing!!!!!

M&D were the most gracious and caring hosts that you could ever ask for. We them! We were over the top pleased with every aspect of our temporary home away from home for almost 3 months. We loved the location- close to everything and most places are within walking distance. Our place was spotless, well appointed and needed nothing. cozy/cute vibes

M and D were great all issues and or questions were addressed quickly. Cute little place was perfect for me and my fur baby. Location is great walking and driving, despite street parking I had no issues finding a close spot the majority of my stay. I would definitely book again if my travels brought me back to the area!
