Cute, thoughtfully furnished home

This apartment was a great home to my partner and I. We worked from home during the month of June and loved the proximity to the Lincoln Park Trail as well Lincoln Park. The apartment was spacious enough for two people and had everything we needed. I also appreciated the modular setup. It was easy to move aside things we didn't need and make space for our personal belongings. Also loved the comfy king bed. B is so easy to work with and clearly put a great deal of thought and work into this home. Would recommend!

Comfortable and welcoming apartment in great location

My partner and I really enjoyed our short-term rental in this apartment. It's located near some great places to go out for a beer, food or coffee, and the neighborhood is quiet. Brittany was flexible and very responsive, and I think she's done a really impressive job creating a homey space for short-term tenants. It's clean, tidy, decorated in a super cute way and the bedroom has little bit of a lake view. If ever we need a short-term rental in Duluth again, I will definitely try to stay here!

Exceptional Stay

I had the privilege of staying in this lovely apartment while on assignment as a travel nurse. B is top notch with communication and professionalism. The apartment is exceptionally clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully decorated. Highly recommend!
