Perfect stay!

Highly recommend! Tim was great! Very responsive! Unit was clean, comfortable and had everything we could have needed. Steps to canal for walking and courtyard to sit outside. Close to shops and restaurants and they even had bikes for us to use. Very open concept and a very bright and airy feel to it! Don't hesitate to chat with Tim, he's very down to earth and super helpful!

Perfect Phoenix Apartment!

This unit was the perfect place for our Phoenix contract. Timothy was awesome; honest landlord, always super responsive, quick to solve any issues that may arise, and an overall great guy! The unit itself is centrally located, beautifully decorated, clean, and very comfortable. It had everything (and more) we could've needed. Quiet and peaceful area with so many great options for food and entertainment near by. We couldn't have asked for a better unit and landlord! Highly recommend!
