Spacious 2br basement walking distance to INOVA Fair Oaks Hospital

Great home, awesome landlords!

Home is very clean and spacious. We had a family of 4 plus our chocolate lab pup and we very comfortably lived in this space for 3 months. The landlords were very kind, responsive, considerate, and accommodating. They were willing to let us borrow a few things we either forgot or didn't bring with us. Location is very convenient for accessing the major thoroughfares in the area. Also very conveniently located to all shopping needs (Costco, Whole foods, local grocery stores, Walmart, Trader Joe's). Neighborhood is safe and very clean. If you have smaller kids with you, you'll have two great kids for them to play with right upstairs. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone traveling in the area!

20/10 Apartment Stay

My boyfriend and I stayed here for about 3 months while I was on a nursing travel contract. This home is near many hospitals offering all medical professional contracts. The apartment was everything we expected and more. Mimi and Hong definitely surpassed their responsibilities as landlords. They were beyond attentive and responded within minutes to anything we needed. The 2 bedroom apartment is extremely spacious, clean, and comforting with plenty of necessary items including appliances for the kitchen, cleaning equipment, extra linen, and more. We were given several recommendations for things to do and places to eat throughout our stay and appreciated all of them. We would definitely recommend this stay to anyone looking for a home away from home in Virginia.

Wonderful, fully equipped mother in law suite

I stayed here with my significant other and our yellow lab for a total of 15 weeks. We felt like the basement was very spacious for the three of us. My significant other works from home and was able to set up an entire home office with multiple monitors, desk, desk chair and it did not cramp the space. Wifi for work from home use was perfect. Zero issues during the entire stay. We had a minor issue with the AC and the hosts were extremely responsive and completed full repairs within HOURS. The basement is very clean and cozy. It was fully equipped with everything we needed including kitchen/cooking utensils, sheets and towels. The location is within 10 mins of multiple gyms, groceries, restaurants, walking/biking trails. We highly recommend this property and the amazing hosts. We would definitely stay again.
