Amazing Experience

I stayed in Marias studio apartment for two months. The experience exceeded my expectations and Maria made me feel like I was right at home. This apartment has everything you could possibly need! A big cozy bed, fully equipped kitchen (also a grill outside) and a lovely bathroom with heated tile floors! There is also a couch and TV that I would often use to watch things while I’m eating. Also, while this is a basement unit, the room does get some relatively good natural sunlight! I’m not sure if this is still available but I stayed during the summer and Maria was kind enough to give me access to the community pool. It was so refreshing to relax there after work on the warm summer days. Overall, I think Maria is a wonderful person. She would let me have my privacy but also made sure to check in with me on a regular basis. Her warm energy and generous spirit made my stay feel especially safe. I will always remember my time here. Thank you for everything, Maria!

Excellent Experience!!

The space was really neat and homely, making it feel really comfortable from the moment I walked in. There was not much background noise and Maria is a wonderful and courteous person to share a house with. The living area, bed, and dining area were all very comfortable! The basement apartment was kept at a very comfortable temperature and the appliances were in excellent condition. The experience as a whole was very positive, and being so close to Rolland Moore Park and the Spring Creek Trail was amazing for being able to get out and about without much effort. Would highly recommend this place to anyone needing a place
