2 Bedroom Duplex

Nice place

I stayed at this place for 3 months. Torina was such a great landlord. She provides everything that I need. I like the unit because it has a kitchen and laundry inside the unit. I don't need to go to a laundry mat to get my clothes washed. It is convenient to access a highway and also close to a grocery store. If I have an assignment in Nashville,TN again I would definitely stay with Torina.

Excellent experience

Loved the property. It is the perfect space for one person and has all the things you need. It felt like home with the private bathroom, washer and dryer in unit and your own driveway spot and private entrance. I felt safe in the area and it was close to everything. Literally 10 drive to most restaurants and entertainment.

Nice property, near downtown Nashville.

The property has been completely renovated. There is a W/D in the unit, and a parking space, which always gets high marks on my Must-have list. The neighborhood is quiet. Many restaurants are within minutes, of the property, which is located near downtown. I had a Nice stay. The Owner is very nice, and responsive.
