Cozy Space in a Convenient Location

Great stay overall! The location was excellent: safe and convenient, with easy access to everything I needed. The space itself was nicely furnished and exactly as pictured. Paul was very responsive and attentive, while also being respectful of my privacy. The only thing to note is that sound carries from upstairs, so footsteps and other activity are quite noticeable at times. Otherwise, a positive experience!

Marietta Cottage

This was absolutely one of my favorite places to stay! I stayed for three months and they were always super quick to respond, clean, went out of their way to ask how I was doing and if I was okay. Absolutely encourage people to stay here you feel safe, wanted, and cared for.

P is a great host and super easy to deal with. The apartment is as cute as the pictures. I was more than pleased with the accommodations. Very safe and lots of great places to eat and visit close by.

Charming indeed!

My stay here was absolutely wonderful! The hosts are attentive, warm, and welcoming while also respecting their tenant's privacy. Everything is as pictured and the space is well prepared to accommodate living needs with comfort. The area is safe and friendly with walkable sidewalks to Kennesaw Battlefield National Park (~3miles round trip). You will be within walking distance, or ~6min drive, to Marietta Square with cute places to eat and shop. I highly recommend this space and these hosts!

Incredible gem!

What an amazing place! The owners are incredible to work with, the apartment is safe, so clean, and so cute. You will not be disappointed. The best place Ive stayed in 1.5 years of traveling. I cannot say enough positive things about this location for peace of mind in finding a living situation for a travel healthcare worker. The owners are very attentive, prompt, and very easy to communicate with. 5/5 experience!
