Great location!

I stayed here for a little bit over 4 months and absolutely loved it. Perfect size for me and my cat. Great location, felt very safe, close to downtown, while the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. I really enjoyed walking around the neighborhood in the evening. Owner is very quick to respond with any concerns I had.

This apartment was so nice to stay in! Its perfect for one person and a pet. They have a large yard (not fenced in) where dogs can run and play. Shawn was very helpful and kind, as well as the neighbors. The home is only about 5 minutes from downtown and feels like living in the county. Very cozy and welcoming.

Beautiful house & neighborhood

Location and house were perfect for working at prisma richland. Home owner made sure I had everything I needed and made sure my privacy was respected. She did laundry once a week and always asked before hand when a good time was. I never felt unsafe at this location and that's huge when you're traveling as a solo female. I would highly recommend this for any woman traveling alone!

Peaceful Escape

Very safe & convenient to work. Extremely clean when I arrived. I brought my cat & he loved spending time on the screened in porch. Great parking & was able to unwind & rest while there. Would highly recommended!

Amazing unit!

This unit was a great place to stay! I used it between shifts and drove home when not working, so this unit fit my needs perfectly. I brought my cat with me, and the screened in porch was wonderful to sit out on before the weather cooled off. S was a very quiet, respectful, and friendly landlord, and she was always quick to respond to texts. I would absolutely look to rent from her again if I worked in Columbia in the future.

I was a little hesitant about not having a full kitchen, but I don't cook as much and if you do and this makes you doubt if a top burner is enough, I can assure you, the little over does a lot, it's a top of the line air fryer, also there is a microwave and coffee maker. If you want to cook small meals, I'm sure you can manage with the top burner, for me the air fryer was more than enough. You have your own entrance, and it feels very private, however, be cautious how much you pack if you travel alone. The unit is on ground floor and it can be hard carrying boxes on a very steep descent, this is irrelevant if you have someone to help you. If you find this gem available, you are in luck. A
