Cozy house on a pond in protected forest, but less than 2 miles to downtown, Plymouth. Three bedrooms. All rooms have sunrise views of the pond. A piano, 2 bikes, canoe, kayak and paddleboard. Well-equipped kitchen. No pool but a spring fed pond that is great for swimming May-October.

Rental price is negotiable depending on season, length of stay, number of guests, and whether or not utilities are included. ($2800 - $3700) $2800 is winter rate, no utilities. Utilities fluctuate quite a bit - in spring and fall about $200 a month, dead of winter can be $400+.

Gorgeous View
Great location! It is situated right on a pond so the view is spectacular! It is super close to BID Plymouth. Also, close to Boston as well as the Cape so there is plenty to do! The house is well equipped and very comfortable! The hosts were super nice and very responsive. They were very quick to act when I had questions or any issues arose. I would highly recommend!!
