AMAZING!

I have had an amazing experience renting out this beautiful studio. Sue, the landlord, is exceptional host in every way possible! She added a smart TV to the room while I was here filled with all sorts of streaming networks!!!! She goes above and beyond and I always appreciated it. The studio is comfortable, cute, and in a great location. Walking distance to cute restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, etc. and INCREDIBLY safe. I would recommend this studio to anyone!

Remodeled - In Great Location!

This apartment is located on the bottom floor of a single family home and has a separate entrance. It is a completely renovated garage space that is now modern, cozy and fresh. The room itself is clean and relaxing and the bathroom is large. My favorite part of staying here was being in this neighborhood, PhinneyWood is a great location and is in the middle and within walking distance to many distinctive and interesting neighborhoods like Phinney Ridge, Ballard, Fremont, Greenwood and Greenlake. This is a truly great neighborhood and feels very safe. The landlord, lives upstairs and is a spectacular host! She can advise you about local restaurants, businesses and events, and is very kind and friendly. There is a shared laundry room on the same floor just on the other side of a door that is located in the apartment. It is very relaxing to sit on the patio in the mornings and evenings and enjoy the ambiance of the garden and the neighborhood. I highly recommend this unit!
