Perfect Oasis

This unit is perfect for a working professional. It's modern, clean, and equipped with everything you may need. The owners are very attentive and available incase anything comes up. The bed is super comfortable, has blackout curtains and there's a private outdoor space. The neighborhood is quiet with plenty of street parking. The location is great and close to Costco and Fashion Valley.

Wonderful Experience!

I had the opportunity to stay at J & R's rental during my short travel contract in SD. They are wonderful people and gracious hosts. They made sure I had everything I needed and most of all, felt safe, since I was alone. The rental is nicely updated, and has everything you need. The neighborhood is safe and centrally located. I highly recommend staying here if you need housing in the SD area!

Great Place

I stayed in this studio for three months and had a great experience. It was a comfortable, clean, and well-equipped place to stayperfect for both short and long-term living. The location was convenient, and the host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommend!

Very comfy & convenient

I was new to SD & stayed for 4 months while looking for a long term place & this rental had everything I possibly needed. Got so comfortable I didnt really want to leave . Owners are very accommodating, kind & communicative. Very safe neighborhood & close drive to all attractions. Highly recommend.

Perfect home away from home

This was the perfect home away from home during my rotation in San Diego! With long work hours, I couldnt have asked for a better place to stayit had every comfort and convenience I needed. The space was impeccably clean, beautifully organized, and thoughtfully set up to feel cozy and welcoming. Jessica was incrediblealways helpful, highly communicative, and readily available to answer any questions. She truly went above and beyond to make the entire experience seamless and comfortable. I couldnt recommend this place more!

overall great place

I stayed here for the summer, and this place had pretty much anything you could ask for. Everything is new, and the location is very close to a lot of places in SD. The owner is also very nice and accommodating.

Perfect Studio for Traveling Professionals

This studio had everything I needed for a comfortable stay and is located in a quiet suburban neighborhood that's a quick 15 - 20 minute drive from most places you'll want to visit in San Diego. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The landlords are super friendly and helpful. I relocated to San Diego with a remote job and wanted a temporary place to stay while apartment hunting and getting to know the area- this studio was perfect for me.

Beautiful, comfortable studio!

If youre looking for somewhere to stay temporarily, this place is perfect! I stayed for 4 months and I do not have a single bad thing to say! J and R are very nice and helpful with any issues and this unit is very clean and pretty. Also in a really nice area and in a central location of San Diego! Very close to all of Mission Valley malls and only a couple minutes from every freeway in San Diego! Would highly recommend to anyone! I would be staying longer if I wasnt looking for a more permanent home.
